Our semi-dry version of our dried cherry tomato is a delicious and tasty accompaniment to your dishes. Thanks to the oven-drying process at controlled temperature and humidity, it remains soft and is preserved with the addition of very little salt. Try it in salads, on bruschetta or as an accompaniment to enrich a pasta dish: be careful, one after the other can become addictive!

Characteristics: Upon opening it has an intense scent of tomato and oil. Dark red colour, sweet flavor enhanced by intense fruitiness, lightly flavored with garlic and basil.
Uses: Excellent for appetizers, bruschetta and sandwiches.
