The heart of the Sicilian violet artichoke in a practical jar to open and enjoy. In oil or vinegar for a double version. A quick idea to add a touch of flavor to your aperitif or to accompany dishes with a touch of originality.
Ingredients: Artichoke hearts, Busulmona extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, mint, garlic, chilli pepper, sea salt.
